The purpose of this notification is to strengthen our customers' confidence in the fact that Comod Asig Grup has established high and up-to-date harmonized standards regarding the respect of the privacy of its customers.
The collection of personal data takes place by providing it by customers directly to the company's offices or intermediaries, by email, through the call center and by mail.
The categories of personal data that may be processed by Comod Asig Grup in the activity of providing insurance services are: name, surname, patronymic of clients and family members (as applicable), gender, date and place of birth, signature, data from civil status documents, data from the vehicle registration certificate, telephone number, e-mail, biometric or anthropometric data, profession, place of work, position, banking data, citizenship, data from the driver's license, administrative sanctions, address (domicile/residence), personal state identification number, data on owned assets, data from medical certificates, data on health status.
Comod Asig Grup uses, collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Provision of insurance and reinsurance services;
For the calculation of ordered insurance premiums;
Invoicing of ordered insurance policies;
Delivery of ordered insurance policies;
To provide benefits to loyal customers and to continuously improve quality

Consequences of refusal to provide or withdraw personal data
We need the listed personal data to perform our legal obligations as an Insurance Intermediary, as well as to provide you with the contractual services. If you do not provide us with the requested personal data, or if you withdraw your consent, we will not be able to provide you with, in whole or in part, the services you have requested.
Data storage.
Comod Asig Grup, as a personal data controller, has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of its customers' data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, modification, access or unauthorized disclosure.
The personal data provided to the Operator shall be processed at least for the duration of the insurance contract, as well as thereafter, for the duration necessary for the performance of contractual obligations by either party. The personal data shall be stored for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or for the period of time provided for by the relevant legal provisions.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 12 – 18 of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011, the subject of personal data benefits from the right to information, access and opposition to his personal data.
The rights of access, intervention and opposition to personal data are exercised by sending a written request by the subject to the headquarters of COMOD ASIG GRUP SRL INSURANCE-RESURGENCY BROKER.
